Shipping Policy
At Dirtee Laundry, we appreciate how important it is to have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible, and as such, we will process it with the greatest level of care and expediency.
All UK orders are sent Royal Mail 1st class.
All International orders are sent Royal Mail Standard International.
You will receive an email once your order has been placed and again upon dispatch.

Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Would you like to return or exchange something? No problem. You can return or exchange an item simply by following the instructions below.
RETURNS
Returns will be processed within 72 hours after receipt at our studio, this may vary during busy periods.
For a full refund, please return your order in its original condition with all tags within 14 days from receipt of purchase.
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item for a different colour or size of the same style, you can do so within 30 days from receipt of purchase.
We don’t include order forms etc in your delivery to help save the planet! To help us process your return or exchange as quickly as possible, please include a note with your full name, order number and email address. Please make sure to let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange.
